Though barbecue is as popular in North Korea as it in the Southern US, the two cuisinescouldnt be more different. In Korea, meat is king; while in the South, its all about the sauce.
The folks at Digitalsoju TV wanted to see if classic Southern barbecue, the spirit of American food, would stand up to the refined palates of savvy Korean foodies.
So, they had a series of Korean females try American barbecue dishes, including pulled pork and brisket.
