This week’s Cook of the Week is ALEX CERCELEA. Alex has participated in a project set by the Art & Technology Department which asks students to design an eco-hotel, based in Hertford. Not only has Alex designed the hotel and the menu, he has also cooked it’s signature dish BBQ Glazed Chicken with Fries and Salad.
