5à7 Podcast, Ep. 7: Colin Buchanan of Paper Lions on Cancelled Shows, New Albums and Local Beer

Host Amie Watson chats with guitarist and sound engineer Colin Buchanan of Prince Edward Island band Paper Lions about everything from his go-to fishcakes recipe to how the group’s plans changed after releasing its new album “Stay Together” a few months before Covid-19 shut down music venues. Tracks played include “Don’t Touch That Dial” off of the band’s 2010 album “Trophies” at the beginning of the podcast and “Stay Together” off their 2019 album of the same name at the end of the podcast.

The 5à7 Podcast is a series of happy hour conversations with cool people. They’re based around food, but guests go beyond chefs and restaurant owners to artists, entrepreneurs and other inspiring people you might have heard of.
